TransDevelopment services add value throughout each phase of development. Up front, we help clients with strategic planning, business planning, siting and entitlement work. Once projects are approved and financed, we provide design and engineering services, turnkey construction and construction-management expertise.
Turnkey Construction
TransDevelopment is a licensed general contractor in multiple states throughout the U.S. Our traditional service of managing development initiatives as an agent for the owner is routinely negotiated into a turnkey, plan/design/build contract with the owner. Since 2000, we have served as a design-build general contractor for distribution center developments totaling more than $25 million in construction value.
TransDevelopment also maintains strong relationships with capital investment entities and can structure comprehensive financing and lease-back arrangements for distribution infrastructure and facilities.
